Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time role in Roseville, MI. Must hold a Michigan LPN license and have at least 1 year of nursing experience. Schedule: weekdays 4:45am–1:30pm, every other Saturday 5:45am–9:30am.

Responsibilities include medication administration and accurate record-keeping to comply with DEA regulations. You will perform brief nursing assessments on new intakes, update patient records, review charts, and help maintain an organized

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Michigan LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and dispense accurate medication amounts.
• Maintain accurate medication records to comply with DEA regulations.
• Log medication discrepancies as needed.
• Update records regarding prescriptions and OTC medications that patients are taking.
• Provide brief nursing assessments on new intakes.
• Administer TB skin tests annually.
• Perform monthly nurse assessments on all patients and new intakes.
• Calibrate pumps weekly.
• Review patient charts for monthly activity and document.
• Ensure nursing station is properly maintained.
