New Season Treatment Centers in Oregon seeks a licensed practical nurse to join our clinic team under the Medical Director, RN, and Program Director. You will interact directly with patients, providing care and support as they navigate challenging times, while ensuring accuracy in dosing, documentation, and confidentiality.

The role involves inventory control, basic lab tasks, scheduling, and coordination for audits, with a focus on compassionate patient service and compliance with CARF/state

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in your state.
• Understanding of opiate addiction and medical terminology.
• Basic mathematics, computer literacy, and typing skills.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient contact; clinical experience is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Supply and administer medication per physician's order and record dosing.
• Conduct daily inventory of medication and maintain accuracy.
• Perform cash reconciliation in the absence of a cashier.
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste and observe patient condition prior to dosing.
• Coordinate dosages with other centers and assist with required lab tests and charting.
• Screen and schedule patients with Medical Director; assist with history and physical data collection.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient medical records and participate in CARF/state audits.
