Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program.
• Current and active LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and monitor residents' health.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to supervising staff.
• Assist with feeding, grooming, mobility, and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation and informed consent where applicable.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and team for coordinated care.
