Performs tasks such as blood pressure monitoring and weights.
Ensures documentation is accurate and complete.
Organizes supplies and restocks inventory.
Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to meet individuals’ needs.
Communicates any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor.
