Job summary

Holland Center in Newtown, PA is seeking LPNs for the Personal Care Unit on the Day Shift (7am-7pm). The role supports daily resident care with a 3-day work week, offering opportunities to apply nursing skills and participate in a compassionate team. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

• Assure that restorative nursing care measures are performed as indicated and ordered.

• Explain treatment goals and expectations to the resident and family, in an effort to obtain feedback and cooperation.
• Supervise/manage personnel on the unit.
• Any other job duties as assigned
