Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care under supervision of an RN or provider.
• Collect and monitor patient data and communicate changes promptly.
• Develop and implement care and discharge plans under RN direction.
• Safely administer medications, injections, and treatments.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding health and self-care.
• Document all aspects of patient care per policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with the patient care team and engage in ongoing education.
• Perform additional duties to support operations and quality care.
