Job summary

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift to join our Northport, AL team. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and support CNAs while coordinating with an interdisciplinary care team.

The position offers base pay $25.00–$29.55 per hour with a weekend differential of $0.75/hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must have an Alabama LPN license and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
