Complete Care - MidAtlantic is hiring an LPN to provide skilled nursing care to residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term care. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.

Qualifications

• LPN license to practice in West Virginia.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and medical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitoring: Observe health status and monitor changes.
