Complete Care - MidAtlantic is seeking an LPN licensed practical nurse to support residents who recently hospitalised or need long-term care. You will administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

Formación

• Licensed to work in Maryland as LPN.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references check and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsabilidades

• Administer oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications.
• Perform wound care, prevention, manage pain, and apply dressings.
• Monitor health status and analyze data to track changes.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and gather specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others to plan care.
• Educate residents and families about health status and expectations for care.
• Keep detailed records of health status and care performed.
• Oversee and delegate CNA activities to ensure quality care and teamwork.
