Complete Care, Inc. is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care for residents recently discharged from hospital and those in long-term care. Full and part-time options are available, with PRN accepted for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within this state as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professional & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data.
• Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
• Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care.
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions.
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork.
