Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for residents: administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with a team to individualize care plans.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed in Maryland.
• 1+ year of long-term care experience as an LPN.
• Pass background check, drug screen and professional references.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, injectable as prescribed).
• Wound care and skin care; manage pain and dressings.
• Monitor health status and track changes; analyze data.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation of health status and care interactions.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to CNAs to ensure quality care.
