North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a PRN opportunity with a 7 am–7 pm shift and competitive pay of $35–$43 per hour. Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per the plan of care and physician orders.
• Implement individualized plans developed by the Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
