Join Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We have full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available with a starting pay of $30-$42 an hour. Our LPNs deliver high-quality nursing care and support residents’ emotional and physical needs.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice.
• Implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments as per facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation as per regulatory standards.
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
