Job summary

Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPN) to join a compassionate team in a 60-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Roles available include full-time, part-time, and PRN with evening (3p-11p) and night (11p-7a) shifts.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice and plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per plan and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
