Bethany Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) with opportunities for day or night shifts, full-time or part-time. Compensation offers up to $35 per hour plus competitive benefits, including 401(k), health and dental insurance, and paid training.

The role focuses on post-acute care with medication administration, patient admissions/discharges, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support residents and families.

Formación

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties include medication administration and treatments.
• Ability to document resident care services accurately in medical records.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
• Document resident care in medical records and department systems.
• Educate residents and families about treatment and status changes.
• Adhere to infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Consult with physicians regarding plans of care and changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Ensure quality of care per DOH and facility standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to resolve issues.
