Qualifications

• Current, valid Washington license/certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience in the last 3 years.
• Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the licensing board if required.
• Copy of current required certifications and compliance documents (BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes.
• Assist with patient assessments and individualized care plans.
• Perform wound care, specimens collection, and basic nursing procedures.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, therapeutic environment.
• Follow facility policies and infection control protocols.

Travel Pay:

Travel Rate (based on 40 hours): Hourly $35.43, Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00,

Total Comp: $2,663.20

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted Washington license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1 yearof recent experience as a LPN within the last 3 years.
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,...).
