Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from a state-approved school of practical nursing.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Massachusetts.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Document patient information and outcomes in electronic records.
• Monitor vital signs and IV infusions as directed.
