Qualifications

• Graduate from a state-approved school of practical nursing.
• Current, unrestricted MA LPN license.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• Proven ability to use electronic tools and applications (phone, computer)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a designated clinical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Document care activities in electronic medical records within required timelines.
• Educate patients under the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and assist with examinations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and effective communication with health care team.
