Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care for residents on assigned unit (shift).
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per approved techniques.
• Transcribe physician orders and document progress notes.
• Record vitals and patient conditions; report changes promptly.
• Coordinate with therapists and dietary staff for rehab and care plans.
