Encompass Health is hiring an LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, patient-centered rehab care. You will work under guidance to assess, monitor, and support patients throughout their recovery, coordinating with RNs to ensure plan adherence.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care aligned with the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, supporting physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the recovery journey.
