Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or hospital setting.
• Preferred: Rehabilitation experience.

• Observing and reporting patient behaviors and vital signs.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses on patient care plans.
• Building relationships with patients to understand their needs.
