Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Meet with assigned nursing staff to plan shift services and activities.
• Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort, and respond to call lights promptly.
• Attend in-service education and protect resident confidentiality.
