Job summary

Qualifications

- Ability to explain procedures and care plans to residents.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide total nursing care for residents in the assigned unit.
- Administer medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
- Transcribe physician orders and chart progress notes.
- Conduct rounds and monitor residents for safety and comfort.
- Assist with care plans and participate in care conferences as needed.
- Coordinate with therapists for 24-hour rehabilitation needs.
- Ensure care plan adherence and proper CNA communication.
