Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma from a Medical Assistant Program or equivalent certification.
• LPN License and Diploma from accredited LPN program or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with direct patient care and telephone triage within scope of practice.
• Perform routine patient assessments including vitals and basic screenings.
• Review and update patient records, allergies, medications, and problem lists in the EHR.
• Administer vaccines and medications under standing orders and/or supervision.
• Assist with clerical tasks, referrals, and routine patient communication.
