• Conduct patient assessments: vital signs, BMI, height, weight, and screenings.
• Review and update allergies, medications, problem lists, and histories.
• Maintain patient education materials and chronic illness management information.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and ensure infection control between patients.
• Document results in EHR and assist with on-site testing as required.
