Qualifications

• Or a valid LPN License and Diploma from accredited LPN course.
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with direct patient care and telephone triage.
• Support clerical duties and EHR documentation.
• Administer on-site tests, vaccines, and medications as directed.
