Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an LPN at the 01220 GCMG Charlotte Medical Clinic Arboretum - Internal Medicine. You will prepare patients, collect vitals, and document health information to support care teams.

You will perform lab procedures, assist with procedures and surgeries, and administer medications under physician orders. The role requires BLS and an active LPN license, with full-time, on-site scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficient with electronic medical records and Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients, record vital signs and medical history.
• Perform laboratory procedures with aseptic technique and infection control.
• Assist physicians with procedures and minor surgeries as needed.
• Administer medications under orders, manage IVs within scope, and provide patient education.
