Zusammenfassung

Advocate Health's Charlotte Medical Clinic Arboretum Internal Medicine seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time, 40 hours weekly. Perform vital signs, assist with procedures, administer medications, and support patient education under supervision. Must hold LPN license and BLS; no experience required.

Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with comprehensive benefits. Employer offers total rewards including health benefits, retirement plans, and educational assistance.

Qualifikationen

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state where practicing.
BLS for Health Care Providers certification (AHA) within 45 days unless exempt.
Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Aufgaben

Prepares and rooms patients for exam; records vital signs and health information.
Assists physicians with procedures and surgeries; administers medications as ordered.
Performs lab and clinical tasks (strep tests, cultures, phlebotomy, EKG, spirometry, etc.).
Maintains exam rooms and lab areas; stocks supplies and cleans equipment.
Documents patient information accurately and communicates with the care team.
