Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis is seeking an LPN to coordinate daily clinic operations, supervise LPNs and Medical Assistants, and assist in procedures under physician direction.

You will provide nursing care per orders, prepare patients for exams, collect relevant information, and document care in EMR while promoting safety and customer-focused service. A TN LPN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program and TN licensure
• BLS/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic operations for LPNs and Medical Assistants
• Assist physicians and nurses with procedures and examinations
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and standards
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures; collect information and documents
• Manage patient flow and referrals; maintain patient safety and infection control protocols
• Maintain and chart patient status and care in medical records and EMR
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education
• Support call center and clinic staff to improve efficiency and service quality
