Responsibilities

• Collect key information from patient, family, labs, and reports.
• Assist physicians, RNs and health team with procedures and examinations.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Prepare equipment and assist during exams and procedures.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain patient records and charting; document status and care.
