Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centered care in a compassionate team setting. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to ensure care plans are followed.

Starting pay ranges from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour with evening, night, and weekend differentials. We offer benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven, nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Georgia license or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
