Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Georgia team in a part-time role. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a setting focused on high-quality outcomes.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain documentation while enjoying shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
