Job summary

Hartwell Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN to deliver high-quality clinical care, working closely with RNs, CNAs and the care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure care plans are followed in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license valid in Georgia or eligible.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Full Time:

Starting Pay: $28.35 to $31.50/hour

Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high‑quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
