Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia for a part-time role. You will work with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a nonprofit, mission-driven setting.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position offers evening/night/weekend shift differentials, weekly pay, and a benefits package including PTO, vision, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia (or eligible).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
