Eatonton Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN to join our caring team in Georgia. You’ll deliver high-quality clinical care, administer meds, monitor residents, and work with RNs, CNAs, and therapy staff to support person-centered care.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

• Pay: $28.49 to $31.40 Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends Management add on pay Weekly pay

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring
