Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking a Night PRN Licensed Practical Nurse in Georgia to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care within a supportive team. You will collaborate with RNs and CNAs to administer medications, monitor residents, and uphold care plans in a non-profit, mission‑driven setting.

Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour with evenings, nights and weekends differentials, weekly pay, and benefits including a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Demonstrated compassion and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
