Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN Day shifts in Waycross, GA. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborating with RNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends and weekly pay. We offer benefits including 401(k) with match and health coverage, as well as recognition programs.

Qualificações

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (GA) or eligible.
• Compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
