Job summary

Heritage Inn of Barnesville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate care team. You will work closely with RNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a friendly, mission-driven environment.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards. We offer competitive wages, health benefits, paid time off, weekly pay, and a supportive leadership

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
