Job summary

Heritage Inn Barnesville is seeking an LPN to join our dedicated care team in Barnesville, Alabama. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and contribute to person-centered care in a supportive, mission-driven non-profit setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, and requires an active LPN license (GA eligible) with a focus on compassion and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and professional with attention to detail.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Your Impact as an LPN
