Job summary

Zebulon Park Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a team setting at our Georgia center.

You will administer treatments, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure well-being and adherence to care plans. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering care.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high‑quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
