Job summary

Newnan Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as part of a committed interdisciplinary team.

You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to administer medications, monitor residents, and document care plans in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Georgia) or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Full Time:

Starting Pay: $30.40 to $33.57/hour

Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends
