Vitality Living in Sanford, FL seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to join our team. This role administers medications, monitors residents' health, and supports a well-trained Wellness team to promote dignity and choice.

You will communicate with physicians, document care in Nursing Notes, and supervise Personal Care Specialists while adhering to protocols and safety standards to ensure a thriving community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must meet state health requirements.
• Maintain current LPN/LVN license.
• CPR certification required for LPN/LVN.

Responsabilités

• Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments.
• Measure vital signs and weight.
• Document pertinent information in Nursing Notes and incident reports.
• Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms.
• Inform Wellness Director of resident needs and preferences.
• Supervise Personal Care Specialists to ensure daily duties are completed.
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings.
