Vitality Living in Florida is seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN to lead a Wellness team and ensure safe, dignified resident care. You will measure vital signs, assist with medications, coordinate with physicians, and supervise Personal Care Specialists to maintain a fully engaged community.

The role requires strong English communication, a current LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and adherence to state regulations.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hold current professional license if LPN/LVN.
• Maintain CPR certification if LPN/LVN.
• Meet state health requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments.
• Measure vital signs and weight.
• Collect, store, and transport specimens for laboratory studies.
• Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and forms.
• Implement physician orders and ensure data is filed in resident charts.
• Supervise Wellness team to ensure daily duties are completed.
• Develop and revise service plans; inform Wellness Director of resident needs.
• Attend onboarding and in-service trainings as requested.
