Vitality Living is seeking an experienced nursing leader to support a vibrant senior living community. You will supervise a wellness team, assist with medications, monitor residents’ vital signs, and document care in charts and notes.

Collaboration with physicians and the Wellness Director is essential to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The role emphasizes adherence to home health and hospice protocols, emergency readiness, and maintaining licensure and CPR certification as required

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.
• Meet health-related requirements required by state regulations.
• Maintain current LPN/LVN license and CPR certification if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Lead wellness team to promote safe, compassionate care within scope of practice.
• Assist or administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs, weight, and laboratory specimens per policy.
• Document in Nursing Notes and resident charts; file incident reports as needed.
• Communicate with Wellness Director and physicians by phone, fax, and forms.
• Follow home health/hospice protocols and emergency procedures, including CPR.
