Job summary

Gordon Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate interdisciplinary team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and deliver direct nursing care aligned with individualized care plans.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
