Job summary

Hartwell Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in Hartwell, GA. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care in a supportive environment.

This full-time role offers starting pay $28.35–$31.50/hour, shift differentials evenings, nights, and weekends, and weekly pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication with care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care

Your Impact as an LPN
