Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the full-time night shift in our Georgia facility. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the care team to deliver compassionate, person-centered clinical care.

You’ll administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain documentation while upholding regulatory standards. A GA LPN license and a commitment to excellence are required; long-term care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
