Job summary

Montezuma Health & Rehab in Arizona is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our night shift. In this full-time role, you will administer medications, monitor residents, and support an interdisciplinary team in delivering compassionate care.

We offer weekly pay, competitive starting pay of 25.75 to 29 per hour, shift differentials for evenings and weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• Compassionate, high‑quality patient care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
