Job summary

Stevens Park Health & Rehab in Augusta, GA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven team. You will provide high-quality patient care, work with RNs and CNAs, and help maintain care plans for residents in a compassionate setting.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
