Job summary

Avalon Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking a compassionate LPN to join a united care team delivering high-quality, person-centered nursing. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary group to support residents’ well-being.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, evenings/nights/weekend differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
